History and real estate brochure of the Tillapaugh House, buit for Gilbert and Elizabeth Tillapaugh. Later residents included Millie E. Smith and daughters. House later owned by the Monrovia Chapter of the American Red Cross and then by the City of Monrovia as an annex to City Hall. In 2017, the house was sold and the new owners have restored much of the character of the house. Brochure has images of the house.
