Description |
Milton C. Harrold assigns to Albert Blackburn all his interest in the note signed by Monrovia Airport Incorporated and secured by a Deed of Trust. (Monrovia Airport Incorporated purchased the airport property from Albert Blackburn and Milton C. Harrold, and signed a note payable to Blackburn and Harrold that was secured by a Deed of Trust. It appears that Harrold then assigned his interest in the transaction to Blackburn so that Blackburn received all the payments on the note.) |
