Article about the retirement of Judge Sturgeon who was a judge for 42 years. He presided over the police court in the old City Hall (originally the Granite Bank Building), was a city judge, justice of the peace and eventually judge in the Santa Anita Municipal Court. He was active in many community organizations. He lived with his wife at 357 Mayflower, Monrovia. Article dated 8/20/1966.
