   The second Santa Fe Railway depot, showing local residents greeting a special train carrying President William Howard Taft between Los Angeles and San Bernardino. According to the Monrvoia Messenger of October 15, 1909, 2000 people gathered for the one minute visit. This depot was demolished in 1925 and the present Spanish Solonial Revival depot constructed in its place.
