This photograph captures her strength and dignity. The photographer Henri Charles Membrey Gascon was born in England c. 1870 by 1908 was living in Kansas City Missouri, which he did until after 1920. Anna lived in Kansas City during this time, moving to California in late 1919 or early 1920. Mr. Gascon's advertisements say he is formerly of London and Paris and that his photographs are "high-class". |
