Annie Fisher with great granddaughter, Betty Fisher (Thomas) - c. 1942
Annie (1868-1958) was the wife of John I.W. Fisher, and of Bethel AME Church. Her first great granddaughter, Betty Thomas (1942- ) has been active in Monrovia community including Second Baptist Church and Monrovia-Duarte Black Alumni Association. Thomas is a nurse and teaches geriatrics in the LVN program at the El Monte-Rosemead Adult School.
